Steam is always good for clearing the pores. The best way to do it is to boil some water. After wards, add a few teaspoons of tea tree oil. Throw a towel over your head and let the steam go onto your face for 5 minutes. Rinse off your face afterwards.

Some natural exfoliates.

Citrus juices, like lemons or tomatoes, make a great home remedy for this condition. Just put some juice on a cotton ball and apply it to the face. After 10 minutes rinse it off. Any of these will help to remove dead skin from clogged pores.
