Candida diet: The reason and the solution

Candida albicans is a yeast (a kind of fungus). Nature allots each one of us with this growth in miniscule amounts in one's intestines. We discuss forthwith the role it plays as yeast infections in the intestines of mostly female patients.

The contents or food ingredients that the patient is administered in the candida plan are basically free of sugar, carbohydrate and fermented products like alcohol and even cheese. Once cured the patient is advised to monitor the intake of antibiotics, restore the hormonal imbalance if any and overcome stress by catering to the proper nutrition.
To strengthen the immune system, the patient is cautioned against the life style one has followed till date. The pace of life needs to be in step and not out of step, as the curse of the twentieth century, like stress and the urge to run, run and run, till you drop, needs to be avoided.

• Sugar, yeast products: Refined grains, cured and smoked products, fermented products, coffee, cows milk, cheese cream except yogurt and cottage cheese
• Fruit, mushrooms, peanuts and peanut products.

Onions and garlic, Fresh vegetables and their juices, Rainbow salads, Rice cakes, oat cakes (unmalted), Ryvita, sesame and original only, Soya milks, butter, cottage cheese and yoghurt.herbs, mild spices, freshly cracked nuts, seeds water, fruit and herb teas, cold pressed oils, brown rice and flours, oats porridge meats, unprocessed preferably organic or free-range fish preferably unprocessed, oily fish is best eggs, lentils, peas and beans.
