The intake on an average consists of around 400 calories which is a very low figure in comparison to the amount of calories offered by a person’s normal food choice. The fact is that a cereal eater consumes almost 500 calories less then a person eating a regular diet, which ultimately results in loosing almost a pound every week. Also these low calorie cereal plans provides a person with a lots of essential nutrition which are very helpful in gaining energy and strength for his or her day to day work.

So to gain, maintain and reduce weight as well as to have a good healthy look cereals and fruits can be a wise choice. Thus with so many advantages to its credit a cereal plan is becoming one of the most popularly accepted form of diet by many fitness freaks all over the world.
