Every individual surviving on this earth has a god gifted beautiful body machine which runs with the help of many useful and delicate parts commonly known as the organs of human body. Without the proper working of an organ there is a risk of the failure of body machine and so one should take great care of each and every organ specially the engine known as the heart of human body.
There are thousands of heart attacks every year, which mainly is the result of raised cholestoral level in the blood, raised blood pressure and smoking. In most of the cases the cholestoral deposits in the inner lining of the coronary artery is found to be the main reason for heart attacks.

To avoid excess deposition of cholestoral one should avoid taking animal products which are rich in saturated fats. A cholestoral diet generally consists of fruits and vegetables rich in nutrition like proteins and vitamins as well some boiled food.

An increase in the blood cholestoral level can lead to many serious outcomes which a person can’t even imagine. The only way to maintain the amount of cholestoral level in the blood is to have a healthy lifestyle with a healthy intake of low calorie and quality food. One should however follow these few simple instructions to have the blood cholestoral level maintained:
• Avoid the cholestoral rich food products.
• Should increase the intake of fresh fruits and vegetables as well as wholegrain foods. .
Avoid using fat milk and other diary products.
• Start using lean meat.
• Avoid intake of fatty meats like sausages and salamis.
• Increase the consumption of fish. Atleast twice or thrice in a week.
• Should avoid the use of cheese and ice creams.
• Should take food rich in soluble fibers and healthy fats.
Thus following a regular cholestoral plan according to the restrictions listed above one should have a tension free and healthy life. However in addition to the following restrictions in diet one should also have certain lifestyle tips which include avoiding the use of alcohol, limiting the amount of smoking, lose any excess body weight and last but not the least have a controlled blood sugar level. Thus a healthy cholestoral diet along with these other few restrictions if properly followed there should be no fear of experiencing any heart problems by a person.
