Diet Plan and Menu
Today it is all about diet, fitness, slimming waistlines and adorning fab abs. Every individual gets a tension attack when another fellow being is successful in loosing certain number of pounds. He starts calculating how much he eats and how he eats so that he can pin point exactly when he started piling on those flabs. But then again where on one hand the strife for loosing weight is hilarious, on the other it is important too.
And it is important not just to look good but, for genuine health reasons. Weight is the root cause of almost all diseases. Be it diabetes, heart attack, high or low blood pressure and so on. This Weight Loss plan is a few days regime which if followed correctly and strictly results in desirable loss of weight. Although there is a stringent warning to all those who plan to venture on a weight loss plan, consult your doctor to know whether your body can take the plan or not.
The regime
The following of the diet plan is one of the regimes taken up by dieters all over the world. It is a three-day plan after which you can start consuming normal food but avoid over eating. And after four days of normal eating you can repeat the three-day plan. The diet plan will consist of the following things:
DAY 1
Breakfast will include
Start with Coffee or tea. Then have half grape fruit or its juice, one slice of toast and one tbsp peanut butter.
Lunch will have
Half a cup tuna or one slice of cheese, one toast with black coffee or tea.
Dinner consists
Three slices of any kind of meat, string beans- I cup, one small apple and one cup of vanilla ice cream.
DAY 2
Breakfast is
Black coffee or tea, one egg and toast and half a banana.
Lunch includes
One cup of cottage cheese or half tuna, black tea or coffee with 5 saltine crackers.
Dinner serves
One or two hot dogs (without buns), one cup of broccoli or cabbage, half cup carrot or turnip, half banana and ½ cup of vanilla ice cream.
DAY 3
Breakfast has
Black coffee or tea, 5 saltine crackers, a slice of cheddar cheese and a small apple.
Lunch serves
A boiled egg with slice of toast and black coffee or tea.
Dinner constitutes
One tuna, a beet or carrot, one cauliflower or green vegetable, one cantaloupe and half a cup vanilla ice cream.
Restricting yourself to the above chart will prove to the loss of about 10 lbs. Make sure that if you desire more than the result you achieve in three days then you should come back to the diet plan after 4 days. But keep in mind extending the plan for more than three days consecutively will be harmful because then it will make you weak. The break of four days in between is essential.
