Method One

1. Brush thoroughly with tooth paste.

. 3. Rinse thoroughly with regular water.
4. You should see results after using the hydrogen peroxide rinse for a few weeks.

Caution: Never use this procedure more than twice a week due to the harsh effect it may have on gum tissue.

Method Two

1. Mix enough hydrogen peroxide in baking soda to form a loose paste, similar to the texture of grout.
2. Brush thoroughly with the hydrogen peroxide paste and allow paste to set for at least thirty seconds.
3. Rinse your mouth well with water.
4. Dip your dental floss in straight hydrogen peroxide and floss between your teeth to avoid leaving yellowing crevices.
5. Rinse again.

You should repeat this method two to three times a week unless your gums become irritated. Your notice they are noticeably whiter in three to four weeks.

While it is possible to get good results whitening at home with hydrogen peroxide, it is essential to monitor the condition of your gums. Hydrogen peroxide can be harsh when used as a whitener.

If you develop uncomfortable sensitivity in your teeth and gums, discontinue use of the hydrogen peroxide, and seek dental help if the condition doesn't improve.
